Harvest followed a cooler period producing small berried bunches rich inflavour, balanced with fresh acidity, excellent tannin structure and vibrant fruitflavours. Rich seductive black fruits with vibrant plum and silky cocoa. Fragrant violets with a burst of red berryfruits, lingering softly on a velvety texture. A well-made expression of Barossa Cabernet.
Best pair with beef, lamb, and poultry.
